Expect your package to be dispatched within 1-2 business days — if not the very same day — and arrive within a few days after that. Retail orders ship via 3-5 day First Class, and a 2-3 day USPS Priority upgrade is available. Wholesale orders typically ship via UPS ground. A tracking# is provided for all online orders.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING TO THE U.S?
If you are ordering just one or two colordrippers, the cost for 3-5 day first class is a flat $2.75. We foot the shipping bill for U.S. customers if your order 3 or more drippers
While we gladly ship single orders of all sizes, ever-increasing USPS price changes have made shipping costs on small lightweight items disproportionately expensive so we encourage you to shop at a local retailer (if available), where they typically cost about the same price.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email when the order is dispatched.
Orders ship Monday thru Thursday (and most Friday's). We are closed all holidays that the U.S. Postal Service does not operate, and sometimes we are closed for two days when there is a one day holiday, because life is short.
Suffice to say, we'll get your order out as promptly as we are able, often the same day, but sometimes it may take a day, perhaps two if you order on a holiday.
We'll make a note of any abnormal processing delays here on this page & in checkout.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Once you have received email confirmation that the order has shipped, you should expect your package within about 3-5 days if you opted for standard first class mail, or within about 2-3 days if you upgraded to USPS priority mail. UPS ground (primarily for wholesale orders) arrives in 1-5 days depending on proximity to Virginia (view map).
A tracking# is available on all shipments. If you can't find your tracking# in your spam folder it was most likely sent to your secondary email address, but please don't hesitate to get in touch if you can't find it.
Allow 24 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system. Note the United States Postal Service will state there is no record until the item has been scanned.
CAN YOU SHIP IT FASTER? PRETTY PLEASE?
All orders are processed in the order in which they were placed. USPS 2-3 day Priority shipping is available as an upgrade if you would like faster shipping than the 3-5 day standard First Class provides.
HOW MUCH IS THE PRIORITY SHIPPING UPGRADE?
2-3 day Priority shipping prices vary depending on quantity — you can calculate shipping by adding them to your cart & entering your zipcode on the next page — without entering any payment info. The upgrade is a base rate of $6.20 + $0.35 for each additional dripper sent in the same priority package.
U.S. shipping is complimentary on all orders of 3 or more.
Note that normal processing time still applies, and we are still closed on the weekends & federal Holidays, so if you pay for expedited shipping it still won't ship on a Sunday, or on a Monday if it happens to be Columbus Day.
BUT I NEED THEM YESTERDAY. DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT!??
At this time we do not offer Next Day Air in checkout — please contact us to see if this is available to your location. These are available in a growing number of artsy-fartsy places and may be within driving distance. Well technically most places are within driving distance, but you know we meant.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
At this time we are holding off on international shipment as the cost of shipping is prohibitively expensive. Are you an international distributor? Get in touch.
CAN YOU SHIP THIS TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes for sure.
If your billing & shipping addresses differ, simply specify an alternate shipping address when checking out online.
If mailing these as a gift to another recipient, note that we do not include prices or send invoices with any shipments. We can however include a brief handwritten note on your behalf (though our chicken-scratch may be questionably legible) at no extra cost, at your request. There is a box where you can provide optional special requests when checking out securely online.
